The issue you reported to Pinellas County has been resolved by Pinellas County “Doing Things for YOU !”

If waiting for the water to go down is the definition of the issue being resolved, then I guess it's resolved. There has not been any from the County observed at the site of the issue. While there may not be standing water, there is surely a bigger problem with the drainage system that needs to be addressed. Someone needs to get out there, get out of the truck and look a little deeper then the road surface.
