Good afternoon,

I would like to report an issue with a pool which has been setup in the driveway on 1 Utica St. As you can tell from the picture, this pool is literally in the back of their driveway which is in the open and without any security fences or any other devices from preventing people or animals from entering the pool. Since this is pool can be seen from Washington St which is a main road, I feel someone should take a peek at this setup to make sure it's safe and also legit.
