Recycling from 2004 & 2006 was not collected Monday. All the materials are recyclable and they are in 3 blue recycling bins. I reported to 311 Monday, called back today and the Streets Department closed the issue with 311 because they said they picked it up today - they did not. 311 opened it back up, but I am reporting it here for additional backup & assistance.
