There are a number of City park benches on the 1000 block of East Clay Street. All of them are in poor condition. However this one bench is completely falling apart and somebody is going to get hurt when they sit in it.

This situation with the rotted deteriorated bench(s) at 1000 Blk E Clay St has been formally reported to Park, Rec, Comm Facilities so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.

how can an issue be assigned a status of "Closed" when the problem has not been corrected? just because it has been forwarded and delegated to a particular City department doesn't mean that it has been fixed.
