Older model Ford Escort SE sitting in backed-in parking spaces in front of 205 North 19th Street - Pace-King Mansion house. Dark Blue. Tag #: XCX-5607. Tags are current: JUNE 18. No inspection sticker, flat tire. Broken out passenger window with trash bag taped over it. The car has been sitting, unmoved for at least 6 months. Not sure what is up with it, but could be abandoned considering the car's condition, pile of junk inside it, and time it has been there. Had previously been tagged with an infraction sticker of some kind on driver's window, but that has been scraped off. Just thought you should know about it.
