Drive by and take a look. It has been that way since May and the mess continues to grow. The landlord has not paid property taxes since June of 2013 and owes $2,737 in back property taxes. The city recently issued the landlord a rental license permit. So, the city is allowing him to rent the property and not holding him accountable to pay his property taxes.
