While on the intersection of J street and Paseo Ranchero, heading east on J street while two cars are waiting to continue East, one going straight and the other waiting for a left turn, the signal will turn green for the car going straight, but will not allow the car turning left to go. Even though traffic was stopped for traffic traveling on Paseo Ranchero, it will not allow a left turn until 2 cycles go by. I how I'm making it clear. However, on other occasions it cycles correctly, allowing both traffic going straight and those making a left turn. Not sure what is causing this. I have seen traffic go through the red light because it didn't give them a turn.
