The steps between The Taft and the Shubert theatre leading to the courtyard by Kitchen Zinc are literally falling apart and it is treacherous. Today some older woman got her high heel stuck in the decrepit metal bar sticking out and fell and was hurt. Many residents and visitors use these steps and they have been literally falling apart since the winter. We are heading into the fall. This is a public safety/public relations issue and no one has acted despite numerous requests
