Description

Drug dealers set a portable basketball in the street light pole (between 432 and 434 Elk street).
The street light out to hide illegal movements.
Recruited youth, teenagers and kids are pretending playing and plan for illegal activities.
It invites traffic, damage properties and increase crimes.
