Deskripsyon

Dozens of rats run through the alley and in and out of the businesses/Restaurants on the corner of U Street and 10th Street NW. They live mostly in borrows under the 11th street parking lot and feed off the garbage that is not properly dumped by the restaurants and Capital Vape Supply.
