sorry, but it is tiring to see so many individuals that do not respect the rules and their neighbors. You have a tough job. Fortunately Walnut Creek has better codes and code enforcement than our neighboring city Pleasant Hill where I own 9 rental properties. my concerns are that our neighborhoods in Walnut Creek are maintained to the original standards that were established when they were first built. I have seen too many cities and neighborhoods brought to ruin by ignoring the basic codes of respect (do unto others ...) and the law. Thanks for your efforts in maintaining these standards!
