Description

The two green dumpsters in the alley behind 412 1st St. SE. are not maintained properly, and it's gotten worse lately. See attached picture. Bags of garbage are left beside the dumpsters as well as other miscellaneous trash. The dumpsters' doors and lids are left open, and all of this only furthers the rat problem in the alley that the city is aware of and is trying to address.
