This is my second complaint for some reason the city placed trash receptacles on the street / sidewalk of a homeowner and public housing community. This is unacceptable. It is an eyesore. And it needs to be addressed as soon as possible. The trash receptacles need to be placed in a discreet area. Not a place that is public and the view of any home owner as they look out of their front window.
