Still strobing like a dance hall.

Lamp post now leaning against the building. Broken base. Still flashing.

Street light falling over and still strobing. Also, there is a "disco street light" outside the former Canal House.

It's not only still strobing, but would fall over and injure someone if not tied up by a cloth to the adjacent building. DISGUSTING that once the neighborhood lights, sidewalks, and streets were restored after a grueling 2 years of work, there seems to be little or no maintenance. No surprise, but sad that the $$$$$$ investment is not being protected and maintained. SIGH.

Two+ months after last status report nothing has changed. Does anyone have maintenance responsibility/accountability? Seems not.

How long has it been since I first reported this issue? (Rhetorical question; seems like no one cares) Now the top is off the tied-up, askew light pole. Is anyone accountable/responsible for maintaining our street lights? They are reverting back to the dysfunctional, broken condition pre-restoration-infrastructure project. Sad, sad, sad.

Half-@#$% repairs seem to have been done. Lamp is no longer tied up...and the bulb no longer flashes like a disco. However, it blinks on and off--as if it is on some type of sensor--when cars drive by. A person can walk by and it will stay dark, i.e. if there is a sensor on it, it is aimed at the street vs. at the sidewalk. So that whole block (Avenida A between Cls 4 and 3) is dark up to the corner. Also, the top of the lamp is open (i.e. the cover on the lamp), so it will likely become an aquarium and mosquito trap, eventually shorting out the bulb. good grief.

Now the light is on all day...and "off" at night. Does it have a timer on it? If so, it's "off." Just a friggin' mess. No one cares. I'd give up...if I didn't care. Sigh.

Strobing has declined (I won't say ceased)...but the light is now on during the day and off at night. It's is also precariously unseated from its base. NEEDS SERVICE.

NOTE that this first reported well over a year ago. (sigh!)

Finally, a repair has been made.
