This was reported fixed 3 years ago. Now the patch sink again create a big puddle of water when rain. this is major walkway lots of people have to go around the puddle.

Winter in coming and the water issue still there. Philly water department previous fix the storm drain and create another problem to the pedestrian. It will form a ice during winter and waiting the accident to happen.
