Big deal. The gorgeous crepe myrtle has so many flowers on it that it droops over onto the sidewalk. When they grow larger then they will be over the head range of passersby. I don't think that is much of a problem, personally. These sorts of complaints waste everyone's time.

Please make them cut down that nuisance. Last year, it was thorn bushes growing out over the sidewalk on the Saint Mary's St.side.
