Deskripsyon

There are two dogs that may have been abandoned . The neighbors moved about two weeks ago but the dogs were left in the backyard.
About a week ago the person seemed to be picking them up. And once again the dogs were left in backyard.
The dogs don't seem to be doing to well.
Please help them asap.
