As a dog owner, it is very upsetting that I have to continuously pull my dog away from feces left by others. I have seen dog owners not picking up after their dogs, taken a picture and given to Public Safety, and nothing has been done about it. It is very frustrating. There should be signs with fines detailed should this occur.
