Sharraxaadda

There's a rat (maybe more than one) that's been around my building and in the neighbors yard who happens to have several bird feeders. It's usually hanging out down the driveway between my building and their house and has plenty to eat under their bird feeder at 53 Adams St. I've also seen it in the backyard and under the front steps of my building which is 55-63 Adams St. Two years ago we had a rat issue and an inspector found that there were burrows under the steps of #53. Last year I didn't see any rats regularly, but this one seems to be in the same place almost every day.
