Description

The rotary at 129 is in desperate need of repair.
1. Safety issue: fence between residential neighborhood with children and rehabilitation residency is broken. No way to block access to state rotary.
2. Safety issue: state has failed to cut back invasive growth that is killing all of the trees around the rotary, currently two trees are dead and hanging over the fence. Could fall into rotary, or on to property causing damage or injury.
3. Safety: the sidewalk bordering the rotary is in complete disrepair and littered with glass/trash. The military base as well as many walkers use this unmaintained path to get to 129 or Haverhill Street including children walking to school bus.
