Description

There is an open dumpster at 18 Libby Ave that has rotting trash as well as an infestation of flies. Trash, beer bottles etc are also tossed on the ground throughout the property. The overpowering stench of garbage, a long with hundreds of flies, has carried over into our yard for weeks and our family is unable to enjoy our backyard or keep our windows open for long due to this.
