0My neighbor has 2 large dogs that she confines to a small area of the yard. She does not clean up their feces. With the heat tge stench is so overpowering my pregnant wife cannot even go in our back yard without getting sick. Please send someone to make them clean up the extensive feces. It is not fair to the dogs or us. Thank you
