Description

Construction crew removed approximately 30 feet of bricks on sidewalk (along 827, 825, 823, and 821 4th Street houses) and dug hole to update water/gas piping. The hole was filled with asphalt instead of the surrounding bricks and leaves an eye sore in the neighborhood.
