Issue still open. Complaint was not solved. Sewer is clogged. Grass covering the sewer. Refer to photo. There is a sewer under neath the plastic bottle.

Still open. No one came to help me out with this issue yet.

Silt washed onto the grating during a heavy storm in late July. This catch basin is currently on the emergency cleaning list, and will be dealt with shortly. However, this will not cure the problem of your lawn flooding as it's below the level of the road.
