Sunday I was unable to get through the road because they were laying concrete and had everything blocked. I proceeded to watch and they were not putting rebar in when doing their driveway and I did not see a permit posted anywhere. can someone please make sure that this is addressed they have had people in and out since the middle of june and make extreme amounts of noise and disturbance to everyone in the neighborhood
