West bound Michigan when turing left (south) on to Pennsylvania, the Left green arrow has been changed to be significanly less time. Now only about 3 cars can turn left and before about 10 cars were able to turn left. This is causing a problem when the hospital workers leave after their shift causing a traffic backup.
