There is a homeless couple with numerous dogs living in the camper which was parked also on Fleming Avenue near the restrooms at the pocket park Maxwell Park. Please get these folks some assistance and check that the dogs are ok. The RV should clearly NOT be parked for long periods of time in the neighborhood and no one should be living it it.
