Whether or not there are code violations is NOT the issue. The issue is clearing the overgrown, unslightly, dangerous and litter-strewn overgrowrh on Bliley and Forest Hill roads. What are the city's plans to deal with this? I hope it's more than just "monitoring."Along with other concerned citizens, i do a clean up on Bliley Road twice a year. Over time the situstion with the overgrowth and brush has only gotten worse. There is no room for pedestrians or cyclists on Bliley and the overgrowth just compounds the situation. I've actually had branches brush up sgainst my car when having to move to the right enough to allow for oncoming traffic. Again, what is the city going to do? Its more than just code enforcement!

I agree with Pam. As a homeowner on Forest Hill Ave in this general area, the overgrowth hinders visibility and makes it difficult for pedestrians. I stand at a bus stop near Willow Oaks apts that is inundated with debris, poison ivy and tall grass until i finally had to spray it myself to have a place to stand.
