Old carpets and a matresses have been pulled at the curb for weeks with no removal tag. Even if there was a removal tag, there's an rv parked on the street around the clock preventing a removal vehicle from pick up. I thought overnight parking wasn't allowed? This garbage needs to go!

My understanding is the camper belongs to a resident or a guest of this address that works nights and it is not parked overnight. Otherwise the vehicle appears to be legally parked. If you do see it parked between the hours of 2am-5am call LPD non-emergency at 483-4600 to report it. From experience you need to actually call during those hours, if you don't call during that time either dispatch will tell you it's not illegally parked yet or the responding officer will see the vehicle is legally parked for the time of day and drive off.
