Red Kia Sportage with CA plate 5KAP142 is blocking ADA ramp on the northeast corner of K Street and Del Mar Avenue. It is parked on Del Mar, alongside residence at 243 K Street, and has been there since July 1, 2015. On July 4, at 10:15 a.m., I observed an adult female remove items from the back end of the Kia, place them in a gray Toyota Corolla with CA plate 7GJT198, and drove away.
