Gang graffiti ("X3") on tree within back parking lot for Kaiser building adjacent to reported address. Seen while driving east bound on Wyda Way (near speed bumps). Please seek abatement as these markings often incite gang violence during Summer months in the Howe Avenue /Arden neighborhoods.
