Legal tenants are looking for a solution to stop the sale of goods illegally in units 10 & 11 as well as flagrant drug usage. Human waste is found in doorways and property owners "Warner Family Trust" Pauline Warner does not respond to tenants asking for action.

No business license, no Fire Dept License, No Tax ID and has not paid taxes since 2012
