Code Violation homeless drug dealer camping in parking lot for past two weeks ever since business was shut down and building condemned at location

This person is confrontational and causing problems for business owners and customers

Small blue pick up with white rally stripes, w camp trailer and trash surrounding

Parks behind dumpster and draws undesirables in from all directions at all hours day or night

Please remove ASAP

Aggressively panhandling and verbally aggressive with those not giving money

Panhandler in wheel chair that daily is at Starbucks and gets in way of traffic trying to drive through parking lot, as well as those trying to get into drive through

He harasses employees of the store as well and they do not want him there and have asked numerous times that he leave

He is effecting their business and many customers say they wont come back while he is there

There is a rumor he is NOT disabled and the wheel chair is for effect only, but that is not confirmed

This person needs to be removed and given a order of trespass
