Can you please fix the crack? It is a Hazard. I will reopen until it is done. DC311: these tickets are getting closed before anything is done. This is not acceptable. The point of a ticket is to track that the work is done e. Not to get a good score by closing quickly. Figure out who has been closing this ticket early.
