An inspector has gone to the location and confirmed that trash receptacles are present and regularly cleaned.

This is NOT true..there are NO outside trash receptacles at Dunkin Donuts on Main Street. They have inside receptacles but NO outdoor Trash...people are putting their cups in the outdoor ash tray!

The question was never answered! Do establishments ,that cater to fast food , in Gloucester, have a requirement for an outside trash receptacle. What is the city ordinance? Dunkin Donuts on Main and Rogers DOES NOT have an outside trash receptacle....

An ordinance could not be found that requires an outdoor trash barrel, however, that does not mean that there is not a Board of Health regulation that requires one.
