Description

The property at 12 Hampden St is newly rehabbed with driveway on Lloyd St. The driveway put in was already close to the existing hydrant but now they are extending the drive perilously close to the hydrant. This can’t be to code, and I have to imagine the city did not approve. Can someone check.
