Description
What has happened to the traffic signal timing at Park Blvd and Seminole Blvd?? I recently waited at this light, west bound, around 4 pm and watched it cycle through several light changes for all other directions BUT west bound, backing up traffic all the way back to the HomeDepot light. Is this schizophrenic method supposed to "fix" something??

Before this change, the signal timing was predictable. You knew if the light turned green, you had a 'x' amount of time to go thru, not the 10 seconds we sometimes get now. You also knew turn arrows would work once per cycle, instead of skipping a couple, backing up traffic.
Now, with the new system in place, I am guaranteed to have to stop at the Seminole/Park blvd light, every single morning, and never know what to expect in the afternoons. I NEVER make it thru that light without stopping anymore. I have also observed that the light favors Seminole Blvd over Park Blvd, with periods of time where NO traffic is even traveling on Seminole Blvd. How this is perceived as "better" than before is beyond me. I'll bet this new system will operate the "dumb" way it did before, and everyone that lives out here would be much happier.
