Once again... the light at Seminole and Park Blvd has gone schizophrenic. It was ok for quite a while, thru all the winter traffic, and now it's is all backed up again. The E-W traffic on Park Blvd is getting backed up from 113th, all the way to Seminole Blvd, as well as backing up to the East of Seminole Blvd, all the way to the Lake. WHY? Why did you change the sequences again? There seems to be nothing coherent about the timing at all, seemingly different every cycle. Does anyone from traffic ever go out to see what they have done? You can't possibly tell us that the situation, the traffic flow is "better". Why can't you simply put this signal on a fixed sequence and leave it alone?

Are the Park Blvd left turn signal sensors broken?
The left turn arrows for East and West bound Park Blvd traffic trip every light cycle. More often than not, nobody is turning.

I filed a previous report on problems with signal timing and was told that it was being "worked on". Well it has been several weeks and things have not improved. It's hard to say if anything changed because each time you arrive at the light, the signal timing is never the same.
Perhaps if I understood the goal of changing the signal timing, from it's prior original scheme to now. I would like to ask:
Is it the intention of the traffic dept to 'impede' the flow of traffic, or to 'improve' the flow of traffic at this signal?
As of yet, I have only seen longer lines of cars and delays at this signal, especially during rush hours. I should point out I typically only travel on Park Blvd E-W. Maybe the traffic on Seminole Blvd is "great" and this is at the expense of the Park Blvd traffic, I don't know.
When is this going to be fixed !!!

What has happened to the traffic signal timing at Park Blvd and Seminole Blvd?? I recently waited at this light, west bound, around 4 pm and watched it cycle through several light changes for all other directions BUT west bound, backing up traffic all the way back to the HomeDepot light. Is this schizophrenic method supposed to "fix" something??
