Hi there, the vacant house next door to my rental property (4917 Starr) is in considerable disrepair. The garage is in especially poor shape with debris spilling out the back walls. There is an above ground pool in the property that has been full of water for months. While there is a bulk trash trailer in front of the home very little debris has been moved from the house / yard. I'm especially concerned about the full swimming pool since there are many children on the block and there is easy access to the pool through the home's yard.
