Residents in the neighborhood have been asking for alley repairs for some time. CM Tommy Wells' office was involved last time there was some traction to get the alley repaired, but that only led to promises of a repair coming "soon". Yet to this day, no work has been accomplished. Alley does not drain at all and collects water, which is not helped by the fact the commercial building sends it's waste water drains directly into the alley (another issue for Department of Health to pursue?).
