In addition to last year's tree cutting and dumping onto the hillside, the stakeholders of the First Christian Church of Oakland, located at 111 Fairmount Ave., have continued to disregard requests from our neighborhood to better monitor activities in its parking lot. Most recently (first noticed June 23), a pile of cardboard and rubbish has been dumped along the hillside, now falling down closer to our backyards. Although I've connected with Allen Foster, Facilities Coordinator for First Christian Church of Oakland, in years past, my most recent requests for attention to these matters have gone unanswered.
Between the tree cutting, the cat houses, and most recent dumping, the hillside is now a home to a family of racoons, a large number of feral cats, and trash. I've reported these issues to police and fire in the past. I've also researched this property with several representatives in the Assessor's office and we cannot seem to pinpoint who the actual owners on title for the property are at this point in time.

Thanks for the information. I did find out that there is a new facilities manager but that email bounces back as well. As for organizing a neighborhood clean up - I'd like to see some action taken on the part of the owners first as this has been on-going and our neighborhood has certainly committed time and funds to address issues in the past. It's 5:19 right now and the same pile of trash and rubbish is in the same location on the hillside. It's, in fact, further down the hillside now, closer to our back yard. How is this resolved?

Again, not sure what "addressed this issue" means but as you can see in this photo taken today, July 13th, at 8:00pm, the trash is actually worse now, with more building materials debris.
Please advise.
