The road has recently been paved over by TL Edwards it took two years for them to come in put loom on my neighbors lawn and when they did it turned part of my property into a flood zone including my driveway

as it's been two weeks now with all the water we have gotten the problem has progressed rapidly could the city send someone out ? leave a notice on the doors if there is no response....ty
