as it's been two weeks now with all the water we have gotten the problem has progressed rapidly could the city send someone out ? leave a notice on the doors if there is no response....ty

also we're unable to mow the lawn as its 1 foot of mud deep

We have spoken to the Engineering Division and they will be sending someone out to view the problem.

K can you please make sure its after we have had some rain because it's been dry for the past week and its has subsided
