Major concerns with home on William Moyers. 1) Yard contains 9 dead trees, 8 that are tall cyprus. Eyesore, fire, disease, and wind damage concerns. This yard, which is visible from neighbors' yards, full of trash, weeds and dead trees' limbs growing onto neighbors' property and into neighbors' trees. 2) View from street includes dead tree limbs onto sidewalk area, weeds along street and in front yard, dying tree in front yard, broken fence and non-operable vehicle in driveway. Attempts have been made to talk with resident, without results.
