DC 311 has its own app. This is an independent app. I was fooled too, until I saw one reported issue that was marked as fixed that clearly wasn't. I've sent a note in to DC asking if they even get notified when someone posts an issue on SeeClickFix. But sadly, I've heard nothing back.

Go to the DC 311 website and there is a link to the official app. I'll probably get kicked off of SeeClickFix for this.

To be clear, this is the DC 311 app, but on the see click fix platform as opposed to a see click fix app. I'll have to try the website for better results. On another note, DPW, it's 5:41pm and the car is still there!
