Description
I put my lawn trash (sticks less than 5 feet) on the edge of my lawn instead of in the gutter as directed by Huntsville Utilities. When it is scooped up on collection day, a large area of my lawn is damaged by the lift. This has happened several times and I am growing tired of repairing my lawn. Can this be fixed or should I start piling lawn waste in the gutter so it will get washed down the hill?
