That last big storm blew down one of those portable orange road sign. The sign is laying on the sidewalk right in from of Hilton Village's Plantiques, Warwick Blvd/Post Street. The fold up legs are against the Plantiques' bushes on Warwick Blvd. People are walking on the sign. My guess is that storm turned this thing into a kite. :) Anywho I'm pretty sure it got blown from Milford Road, one city block over where major road work is being done.
