Good luck with this one. I opened a ticket on this last year and it eventually got closed by the city with no resolution. This is property owned by DeKalb School System and they are notorious for not keeping the sidewalks cleared and CoD hasn't pushed back on them forcing them to fix it. There are issues with sidewalk obstructions all along North Peachtree and nothing has been done to resolve them. This is just another example of how broken the DeKalb school system is. They have a $1.4B budget and they can't kill a little poison ivy on a sidewalk that children walk on every day.

The School Board has been contacted regarding this issue. Work has begun on property maintenance. This issue has been reported to Code Enforcement and is managed outside of SeeClickFix.
