I remember years ago when they were fixing the bridge, they put in 2 more stop signs at this intersection to make it a 3-way-stop-sign intersection, instead of having only 1 stop sign at the end of Indian Neck Ave. From what I understood, this was only supposed to be temporary until the bridge was done, but when the bridge was done, the stop signs have remained til this day. Maybe a study could be done to see if there really is a necessity for having these 2 additional stop signs on Route 146.
