Trash and recycling containers block the sidewalk on Cresson St. on a regular basis. The owner of the apartments at 3409-3413 Cresson St., William Ross III, was contacted about the latest offense to the asthetics of my neighborhood. On 6/15/15 a nasty mattress was put out with the trash (which is supposed to be collected privately but that's a whole other story). The mattress is still leaning against the fence despite an email to Mr. Ross describing the situation. As usual, I got no response or action except for the maintenance guy moving it aside so he could use a weed wacker. Mr. Ross certainly wouldn't treat his immediate neighbors in this disrespectful way. I want the nasty mattress removed. Despite the continued presence of the nasty mattress, Philly311 decided to close case #09229320.
